Hey no worries, and sorry I didn't mean to dismiss you on the live stream I just didn't understand the question well.
By the way, the reason you see ads in that screenshot it's because that's my channel
Blender Hoy
, which I run on my free time. It's not an official Blender Foundation channel.
I enabled ads on my channel so videos are positioned better/shown more by YouTube. They make less than USD $1 each so it's not about money but about YT's algorithm.

Pablo Vazquez if Blender hoy is not an official bender channel and why is Blender hoy one of the communities in the blender community?

I created the Blender Hoy YouTube channel many years ago, then we made Blender Community together with Francesco. Both projects are independent.
Blender Community welcomes independent communities that want to join such as all listed here

Blender Community is not official
Blender Artists is not official
Blender does not have an
official
site for communities, they are all independent. I know that the fact that this site was made by Francesco and I which happen to work at Blender, makes it confusing. But as an overall rule simply remember that Blender is a public project and anyone is welcome to build communities around it.
