Export to SVG

Hello, actually i am a little new to blender, but i wanted to know if it's possible to export it in SVG, i saw that needs the add-on Freestyle SVG Exporter, but it appears that in this version of Blender 4.4.3 it's not available, can someone help me in this issue? how do i export it? (also i saw that i can export it in the tab Export, but when i export it, it's just a blank screen)
