Grease Pencil Animation Actions

We can't make Grease Pencil animation actions from the properties. They are not shown in the Action Editor. I wish to make actions from layer visibility, opacity, stroke thickness, color changes ...etc

It's possible to add drivers to the properties. But this way, It could be very confusing and mess up a complicated 2D animation scene.
