When I open a new blender file and click open the windows too small I can't see all my bookmarks
Without resizing the open file dialog dialog.... It would be easier if I could just click open file and it opens full screen so all my bookmarks I could just click on easily

This was implemented recently in a different way, the Bookmarks panel is shown first so it's always visible.
If you still want the File Browser to open in full screen, you can do it already for many years from the Preferences:
Marking this as "Done".
