Add --quiet or --silent option for CLI

Add a "-q/--quiet" option for "quiet" mode of Blender. In this mode blender should not output anything that is not printed by user script.

This functionality will allow users to easily write scripts that will output some useful information about the scene without any noise from Blender in output.
