Multi Layer/Component Wall Profile

Hi there, I'm an architect comming from Archicad and I would like to check if Blender has a solution to model profiled multi layer walls (Multiple materials in different shapes) that could be preset/stored for later use. And that we could apply properties to each component (i.e. Position(interior/Exterior), Thermal mass, Speciallity (Structural, Arch, MEP, etc), Suply (Water, sewer, Gas, Electicity, etc). In sum: Can Blender substitute Archicad in an Architecture Studio workflow? Thanks for any help! Cheers, PHSantos
