More sophisticated PLY importer/exporter

Support for custom attributes for per face and per edge data and also correctly importing the attribute types for per vertex custom attributes.

This feature will allow saving/loading blender geometry with custom attributes in different domains, which might be helpful for researchers for both visualization and debugging.
