2.8 UI for multiple monitors
New UI is excellent on a single monitor but a bit clunky when used with more than 1.
Suggestion: Being able to move the horizontal menu bars (eg Arrow, New, Add, Subtract, Difference, Intersect) to left or right would greatly improve the UI.

Multiple windows/monitors in 2.8 are not interacting with one another. Example; I Shift-Click to make new Shader Window, drag it to the left monitor. Back on the Right monitor is the 3d view, I click on a part but that parts node tree doesn't show on the left monitor Shading window. However back on the right monitor if I split the 3d view to add a shader view, then the selected part's node tree shows in that view.
This is not the case in 2.79. I've 3 monitors with multiple blender windows and each knows what the other interface is doing. To go back 30 years to a one monitor world is a deal breaker for me.
The option to stretch the blender interface across multiple monitors defeats the reason for multiple monitors. The ability to have a separate item viewed is prevented because the blender UI would cover that item when your working in blender.
Is this loss of feature an outcome of the LAPTOP world we live in? We've lost so much to coders who live and develop solely on laptops. They forget people still use mice not trackpads as-well multiple monitors.
An simple option to make an easily detached "pop-out" window would be the best option. This might already exist, but some sort of button to load a saved window position would be great!
just shift click and then drag any corner of the different editors to pop open a new window.
Alternatively click on Window - New Main window in the topbar headerbar.
In 2.80 is also the functionality to save different layouts which do take in count secondary windows. Just modify the existing layouts with the second window open and blender will remember the changes for the next time a second window is open and the layout is accesssed.
In addition to that, Have you ever for example tear your outliner off and put it on a second monitor and minimized your main Blender window. The Outliner will probably remain in position. This is pretty annoying i would say. And not only that, the unactive window on the other side requires a button press to get activated. I often found myself moving some objects by accident.
