Automatically jump to line in text editor when getting an error

Everytime I get an error when testing my python scripts, It's a bit tedious having to hit ctrl+J, manually entering or scrolling down to the corresponding line.

It would be nice if the text editor detected or somehow extracted the line number after runtime error.
