Motion Blur for GreasePencil Line Art Modifier using Grease Pencil Visual Effects

Using object/mesh vector to simulate motion blur for the Line Art Modifier. This would be really useful for stylized rendering. (See images for further explanation. Sorry for the bad handwriting.)
