Shift select multiple objects in outliner

Since there is a big overall on the whole blender, it would be nice to see a outliner more responsive with shift selecting multiple objects as an example, instead of selecting one by one.

Also when you select a collection you already select all the objets in the hierarchy.

And simply dragging multiple object in one would link them together.

Finallly quick and drsg a selected collection
