3D Photo Animator

Greetings to the whole community and I don't know if this is the right place to propose the introduction of features. I recently got into Blender. I find its interface rather difficult. Starting off, with little time to dedicate to it, I searched the markets for the most interesting addons that would allow me to achieve the desired results in the shortest time. I found many that I naturally purchased. However, many addons look alike, and have too similar functionality. I searched for a feature carefully and for a long time but never found it: something that would animate photographs and allow for well-done 2.5d animation. I didn't find anything anywhere, just video tutorials that explain how to create these video sequences with freeware. It would be very nice to be able to also have in Blender perhaps starting from version 3.3 and later (I use 3.4) an addon or a modifier setup that allows you to create 3D Photo Animations with parallax effects in a few minutes, all possibly using only Blender. For other well-known applications there are several plugins/addons that work visual miracles, for Blender none! Would any developers consider making something similar? It would certainly be a unique product and I would be very interested in it. Thank you
