Workspace specific Outliner

I feel like everyone has a different workflow and every workflow requires a different interface and outliner menu. At the moment the Outliner has alot of settings that are not bound to certain workflows but to every workflow. So when Modeling having Rendering Menus feels cluttered to me.

I am suggesting to make the Outliner-Tabs- Workspace specific, so I can configure the N-toolbar and Outliner-Menus to my Task. The T-Toolbar does this already to a certain degree.

This could make Blender more userfriendly and less overwhelming for new users, subdividing the vast capability of Blender into a certain workspace. I often have to disable addons that clutter the outliner, that I would like to only see in a certain workspace.

I realize that this is quite fundamental UI change and watching the Talk "How to Improve Blender's Ul" by Andrew Price inspired me. Hope this is constructive.

Are we even talking about the Outliner? I have no N panel or Toolbar there. Are we instead talking about the 3d view?

this and/or the properties editor? which regardless can be given different states and options in each workspace. Not to mention the workspace addons filters.

I'm down voting this, but will explain why. The outliner already has workspace specific listing of collapsed hierarchy, and it drives me crazy. I would not like things to become even more disjointed between workspaces.
