Convert Reference Image to Polygon Plane

We can convert a reference image to grease pencil.

We should be able to convert a reference image to a textured plane. It would reduce my need for "Import images as planes" addon by 95%.

Reference images should also have the name "Reference" or "Image" instead of "Empty".
