Displacement from multiresolution mid-value to be 0 instead of 0.5
I have not found a single way to bake my 32bit float displacement maps to have 0 as their mid values and scale to be 1. Now if I bake one, I will need to set the mid value to 0.5 "default" and scale to be 0.5 in order for it to match with the original high res. It would be awsome to have the option to bake with the scale of 1 and the mid value to be 0, so if I where to use the map in any software, I would not have to change settings and pull sliders around, it would be correct right away. A workaround would be to take it through compositing and do a couple of math nodes on it, but it would be nice to get it right without having to do all that :)

Shouldn't be tough to implement, but you're limiting your available image formats to those that support 32-bit floats. As far as understand, that's not typical workflow, so there are some usability concerns that need to be considered.
* @Jason van Gumster * Could be optional. After all, we have midlevel options in modifiers and shader nodes already, why not in baking too.
