Hide unused sockets on hidden nodes

The current way "Hiding," a node in the editor works is that all input and output sockets are shown. This gets really ugly and bulky when hiding nodes such as the Principled Shader which has a lot of sockets. It's also completely unnecessary to display them because unless you have every single socket memorized, you have to unhide the node anyways to plug something in.

I propose that the unused sockets just get hidden, and only the ones with things plugged in to them are shown.

You already have that option if you Ctrl+H and then H again (or reverse). Image

* @Emir Sinan Gürlek * I still think it should be the default behavior for hidden nodes in general. When I unhide a node I want to see everything, but when I hide them I can't think of a situation where I would need to blindly connect a bunch of input.

* @Zach Hixson * True, it looks ugly for Principled BSDF because the amount of inputs but there are tons of other nodes that work quite nice when you hide them.
