Shift+Tab to switch workspace

Currently there is not a single hotkey to switch workspace but it will be handy if there is. People will more easily get use to it as it is convenient to use with left hand rather than page up and down.

There is also an addon to switch workspaces but it just add a toggle button not any hotkey. github.com/carlosmu/quick_editor_switch
