Ctrl + Scroll with MMB in properties
We should be able to change between tabs in properties (in red) with Ctrl + scrolling with MMB like we do in the T-panel in the 3D View (in green). In all the properties window, not just over the tabs.

Generally,I think ctrl+scroll should affect much more things,like Materials and textures for example,not just properties tabs,but it is rather neat finding out about it!
