Control the time with the mouse wheel.
Recently the option "Alt + mouse scroll wheel" has been added to change the frames.
This is great, but I propose to enlarge this as follows:

Alt + Scroll: jump a frame (current behavior).

Alt + Ctrl + Scroll: jumps between the keys.

Alt + Shift + Scroll: jumps 10 frames.

You actually have the up and down arrow for that. But to reach them you have to lift your hand off your mouse.
So it would be more user and worklflow friendly -> 100% support!
"Alt + mouse scroll wheel" was always in 2.7x but i would love to have something like other apps have, a key for scrubbing while in the 3d viewport and even better a sticky key so you don't have to keep holding it .
