When drawing render border, allow moving it
When you are drawing a render border, allow us to move it by this method: When your mouse left button is still down, you press G to grab the "selection" and move it around before releasing the mouse. That is some cases helps you to select faster the area you wanted to select.

I had the idea after seeing the addon "Render Border" to add handles in the 3dviewport. This way you can adjust it directly in viewport. Each side would have a little arrow to adjust width or hide. In the middle there would a move icon so comple Border is moved.
Here's a quick mockup of Viewport GUI
The little arrows, top-right, bottom, left are for easier placement. the little arrows in the middle are for controlled vertical and horizontal placement. This will move the square as one piece. Option i thought of adding dimension in top right where users can enter exact dimension for width and height.
In addition to the exsiting Render Border addon, this could be automated which makes re-rendering of moving objects tons of times faster then rendering complete image. Extra options could be auto tracking object and and use the objects out frame as render border.
So many options i can think off ;)
This seems like it's got pretty limited usefulness. Why not a means of quickly moving the render border after it's been drawn?
I think it would cause some weird things when you are in rendered mode, but not 100% sure.
