Sort Shape Key by active value

Pretty straight forward quality of life improvement, Sort shape key by active shape keys.

Much like Sort by A to Z , but if a Shape key is at 100% it gets sorted at the top.

Helps to arrange the shape key you are currently working and see if you missed a shape key that might still be on.
