Pan, Zoom, Orbit while in Grease Pencil Draw mode

While drawing a stroke in Draw mode it would be nice to be able to pan and zoom the viewport. If you try too it just commits your stroke. Why is it good to have? It's a functionality that is in the majority of 2D software's also if you need more space to finish your artwork being able to pan and zoom would be great. Maybe use the same hotkeys as in 3D sculpt mode? Shift + MMB for pan, Ctrl + MMB for zoom. I guess you would want the orbit in too for GP and 3D stuff also
