List Menu - Drag and drop instead of arrows

Hi

Sorry but I am not sure what this type of menu is called officially, so I am just calling it the List menu.

In the List menu, somehow we are still using the arrows on the side to move items up and down.

Using a drag and drop method like the one that is used in Properties panel or Modifiers would make this a bit more consistant and user friendly.

I think i heard in the live stream once that they are aware of this...

I really want to upvote this but I think keeping the old ways as optional feature isn't the worst idea.
