Keymap -> Check box for on/off context menu.

When I try to assign orbit navigation to the right mouse button I feel pain. Context menu everywhere! I propose to add a checkbox to disable this menu and options for calling it. For example, a single short click with the right mouse without dragging, a double click or any way.
