add ability to "crease" curve splines in the graph editor

so sometimes when creating a sharp ease out curve, you want to "crease" the curve to product a stronger effect, moving the handles to the extremities of the bounding box is sometimes not enough, screenshot attached below, think of creasing like you'd crease an edge in edit mode
