Grease Pencil enhancements

I'd like to have some more Blender tools, namely:

Grease Pencil:
Marker (lines node shape)
Macros (spiral, arc)
Ability to insert text (optionally along a path)
Stars/Polygons with optionally rounded corners and narrow/wide angles
Animations to SVG
Bezier Line (marker start/end, dash pattern)
