Direct support for stereoscopic viewports with anaglyph accommodations in solid and wireframe

For certain use cases like sculpting, it is useful to have as many depth cues available to best understand how things are shaped, including 3d reference models. Matcaps and cavity shading achieve some cues. A stereoscopic viewport would be even better. One can already achieve this in a hacky manner via locking a stereoscopic camera to the active viewport and viewing through it. Using the workaround, issues arise where UI features like the brush cursor are not rendered stereoscopically when the actual geometry is.

The feature request here is to have direct support for stereoscopic viewport rendering without such workarounds, including all 3D widgets. In addition, for drawing modes like solid and wireframe where color fidelity is not as important, it would be desirable for the UI to better accommodate anaglyph, especially red-cyan by not interfering with the color coding. This accommodation could extend to special matcaps that have colors don't interfere with the anaglyph.
