Loop tweak option to quickly adjust the edge loops
Currently the Select and tweak only allow to move one vertex in screen space, but if we want to fix the topology a lot quicker, we should have the option to tweak the complete loop with edge slide (not in screen space) just like relax brush.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue, but isn't what pressing G again while transforming does?
* @chafouin * it is a long proceess of selecting loop first and then press G twice for edge slide. You will better understand this if you use "Tweak" (available currently) to manipulate single vertex quickly or if you use relax brush in Sculpting (make sure 'wireframe' is enabled in overlays}

In order to select the entire loop, you can press Alt while clicking on an edge. It will select the loop
