A Free And Accurate Sewing Pattern Clothing simulator Add-on For Real Clothing?

Is it possible that Blender can be given an Add-on that is a free and competitive version of ClO3D? I have been needing to make flawless SVG sewing patterns on Inkscape to convert into accurately-simulated digital sewing blocks before I would print out the sewing patterns to trace onto actual fabric to make real-life garments, but am unable to, because I'm on an extremely strict budget, inexperienced with making custom-made complex sewing patterns, and high-quality software programs that demand money like CLO3D are not going to help out the case. Is there a way that you can help out the cause by creating such a Add-on?
