A new new collection button for Move to Collection operator

The current implementation for Move to Collection makes it so when you don't have collection inside a collection you cannot make a new one inside of it to move your object:

But if you already have a collection inside of it you can make another new collection which is nice, but a bit weird that you need to have a collection inside it already to be able to create another one:

So I'm proposing to adding a + button for collections that don't have a collection inside of it so you can add a new one inside of it and add you object in there. This would save a bit of time so you don't have to create a new collection and then move it inside the other collection you want to have it inside:

Also as a small bonus thing, when you already have a collection inside a collection it will show both the parent and then child collections inside of it (check the screenshot two steps above) which feels redundant, so remove the parent so it looks like this instead:
