HAP codec

is there any chance to see HAP as a codec in blender? HAP is a very fast codec that's widely used to playback files that need to be worked on "live". this means it's very good at bein scrubbed without cloggin the CPU. (Plus hey, they feature a screenshot of big buck bunny on their website so they are already winking at us :D)
