Mouse Time scrubing in the 3D view

When working in full screen (alt+F10) in the 3D view the only way to scrub the time is to Alt+MouseWheel, it's ok for a few frame but it's a pain for long animation

One solution would be to use a shortcut to link the play head to the mouse X translation onPress and stop the behavior onRelease.

Like ram any players: djv_view , jefecheck, 3dsMax ram player

If you're going to go as far as suggesting that a shortcut is used, it may be a good idea to make a specific suggestion. That is, what do you think would be the right shortcut?

I don't go far, how could you use this functionality without a shortcut !?

I don't use blender default shortcut soo ... "§" should be fine on a swiss german keyboard, the one on top of TAB

I'm not saying that you've gone beyond anything. I'm saying that this is an idea... a proposal for a change/enhancement. I agree that a shortcut would be necessary. I think that for this prposal to be complete, it would be best to suggest a default shortcut that makes sense and doesn't conflict with existing ones.
