Toggle subdivision level zero by pressing the same number twice.
Currently ctrl+1 through ctrl+5 add/set subdivision modifier to the particular number pressed.
Turning subdivs on and off is a common activity and it's annoying to have to stretch all the way over to press ctrl+0
I think pressing ctrl+3, for example, to add subdivs at level 3 and then pressing ctrl+3 again, should set the subdiv levels to zero.

It would be nice and could save 1 hotkey. For now you can try Machin3 Tools plugin. It is free and have this option. I use Tab for example, like i did in Modo
