GP - move layer betwen objects (by menu and outliner)
Want move layer from GP_blank_1 to GP_blank_2 by RMB on layer or D&D from outliner.

I keep seeing tutorials about the "move to object", which is now "copy layer to selected" ... still, it doesn't seems to do the thing :
