Blender N-Panel tabs should show its content when hovering
When the N-panel has a lot of content, the tabs only show a few characters, sometimes it even shows blank, it will be nice if the tabs can show its name and content when hovering over it.

More than that, i think the shrinking of tabs should be removed (or at least lessened a lot) and be able to scoll them. Or grouping them. On a side note, every addon should be able to be specified the category/tab they should be in. When i switch from 2.79 to 2.8, in a sens, i was a bit happy that there was a break with addons, because the N tabs were reduced to only few. And now that's the same mess again :p
