Posting template for proposals

When giving feedback on proposals, it's common to suggest that people include a mock-up or workflow images that more clearly illustrate the idea and how it works.

It would be handy to have one or more custom templates (similar to have it's set up for bug reports on developer.blender.org ) that help walk people through giving more thoughtful and actionable proposals.

Here's a possible template I would propose (there could be differences in some categories of richtclickselect) :

## **Summary :**
Provide a brief summary of your proposal

## **Problem :**
Explain the problem you're facing with the current version of Blender (always use the latest build to make sure your problem doesn't already have a solution : https://builder.blender.org/download/)

## **Idea :**
Explain in details the solution you envision

## **UI mockup :**
Show how your idea would be implemented in Blender's interface with images.
Insert an image URL between the parentheses : ![image title](paste URL here)

## **Viewport or render result :**
if your idea affects the viewport or a render feature and if you can provide an image showing how it would look, paste it here :
![title](URL)

Shoot... I was so sure to have searched before writing, so I took 2 hours writing the same proposal, losing it and rewriting it, only to find you already asked for the same thing. For now I let mine online since it's a bit more elaborated but if you want to copy some text over to yours I will then delete mine .

In addition, a simple reminder could be easily added to the post editing page that says something to the effect of, "including a mockup can greatly clarify the feature you envision and help developers better understand your proposal."
