Min/Max values for numeric sockets

It would be really useful to have support for numeric socket types (like NodeSocketFloat and NodeSocketInt ) when we create custom nodes in Python (like AN, sverchock, clockworx, etc). These would work just like props, clamping the input in the UI.

Nodes from the C side already have this, and it avoids a lot of problems when processing the node network
