Ability to jump to external files in File Explorer / Finder

When viewing a list of files in the file browser, or viewing a reference to an external file in an image texture, it would be great to be able to right-click on the file and choose a command to view the actual file in the Windows File Explorer / Mac Finder.

Specifically, this would open the file's enclosing folder, select the file, and bring the File Explorer / Finder to the front.
