Painting with Symmetry: add "Bypass Paint Mask/Hide Faces/Clipping Region" option

When texture-painting areas difficult to access, Blender provides us with a few means to isolate such areas, like the Face Selection Masking tool, hiding faces in Edit Mode, and the Clipping Region tool.

The problem is that those solutions "break" the symmetry tool, as the faces that ought to receive the symmetrical brushstrokes are masked out/hidden. That's a logical behavior, but undesirable at times.

I propose that the Symmetry option adds a checkbox for bypassing that behavior so that the brushtrokes are mirrored anyway.

An example:

Let's say we are painting a symmetrical tattoo and we need to draw onto the inner sides of the legs. They are so close together that it is difficult to navigate the viewport and apply our brushtrokes comfortably.

A solution is to fully hide one leg and paint on the visible one. But we want the results of our work there mirrored onto the other leg.

With the proposed Bypass option, our direct brushtrokes would be constrained to the visible area, but their results would be mirrored to the invisible leg, and so revealed once unhidden.

(I know there are ways to prepare the model to work such areas more comfortably, such as splitting it and using a mirror modifier, but oftentimes that's not viable, such as when a model has been fully UV'd, weight-painted and rigged already)
