Bevel Profile Menu & SVG Import
The bevel modifier already has presets but two or three doesn't even begin to cover the potential for this. I propose that bevel profiles would be able to be created by importing svg files (preferably keeping them within a square bounding box for simplicity) which could then be used as a library of bevel profiles. These could work with the already expanding asset library. Artists and architects would then be able to spend less time hand making profiles or copying from other Blender objects bevel modifiers. A simple drop down menu would then allow categories to be created to keep things organised. The existing 'cornice moulding', 'steps' etc.. could be preserved as defaults within this new menu.
Other potential expansions would be a 'create profile preset' so that any made within Blender can be saved and also any modifications to existing profiles could also be preserved for later use. File names could also be shown for easier browsing.
Note: Profiles in the example are basic but the effort to reproduce good quality ones is exactly why this feature would be useful.
