New mode for curve handles: selected + neighbours

For clarity of view now we have only one mode «Selected» that shows curve point handles only for selected point or points.

I suggest new mode «Selected + neighbours» because it is handy in 2D software and neighboring points influence to segments around selection too.

When neighbour point have automatic or aligned handles, both handles should be shown. If there are free (independent) handles, only one can be shown.
