Clicking “Add Modifier” will assign all selected objects
After clicking “Add Modifier”, All Objects in the selection will be given the same modifiers. Also pls don’t have to press alt-LMB to sync all objects’ modifiers.

This goes against blender's active & selected philosophy... i read before that only the last selected "thing" is to be manipulated from the panel...
But you are right, its a good idea i guess
I would go even further and assign an instanced modifier over all the objects in the selection. It's time Blender gets instanced modifiers.
There is "copy to selected" under drop down menu (small arrow) where you can apply chosen modifier to any other selected objects.
If some of those objects already have some modifier on them, then what happens?
If some of the pre-existing modifiers generate a lot of geometry and then you add another subdiv modifier it could easily crash Blender. There are already 2 or 3 other ways to clone the modifier stack to other objects.
if you select all the files in a folder and press delete what happens? I get your point but at some point you need to not worry about what the user might accidentally do and let people who know wtf they're doing get work done.
