UI/UX: Allow for areas to move other areas
It's alot nicer when programs that use alot of multiple area types can dynamically push and/or resize other neighboring areas.

Kinda nice. but please make it optional.
I use Adobe software all day long.
I hate the fact that moving one part of the interface can push my toolbar elsewhere on the screen. I wish I could disable that behavior.
