Set render settings to movie clip

This would be a feature (probably a button) that would allow you to easily specify the render settings of your Blender project to match the settings of a movie clip being used in the Blender project (Dimensions, frame rate, file type, codecs, length, audio, etc.)

This would be helpful for people using Blender for VFX, especially for beginners who don't know what the output settings should be. With this feature, you could import the footage into the Movie Clip Editor and click a button (similar to Set Scene Frames) that would change the render settings to the settings of the movie clip.

at this time : the framerate is automatically adjusted by the first imported strip, and for the dimensions, you can do this with one command : strip > movie strip > set render size

This is probably pretty easily done with an add-on. Where do you imagine the button for this would be? Somewhere in the VSE or Movie Clip Editor? A mock-up would be pretty useful here.

I think a good place for a button like this would either be in the Movie Clip Editor next to or near Set Scene Frames or in the Render Settings tab in the Properties panel. I'll work on a mock-up if I get time.
