This feature will bring editors to use blender VIDEO SEQUENCER.

Today, the video editors who dominate the world are those who edit YouTube videos, shorts, advertising videos, social media videos, etc. Nowadays, clients demand advanced animations, which means that the editor must also do motion design (2d and 3d motion). Even After Effects didn't make this task easy. The only one that could do it is Blender. But personally, I think we still need to make some small adjustments from blender side. Here they are:

• scene strip should have new boolean property which is link:
  • link : with link scene strip will behave like collection. It will link scene strip's content (collections) to the active 3d scene.

Eg: imagine I have 3 scenes strip on top of another I may want the first one to be sync as active scene and others to be used as a collection holding different content that appears and disappear from active scene with it strip limit.

• camera strip:
  • a strip representing a 3d camera. In 3d motion design we sometime use one camera animation to make a transition from a scene to another. It also can help for camera switching in scene. So camera should be independent from scene but not necessarily.

• strip to active 3d scene operator: sequencer image and video can be sent to active 3d scene as image plane. For Text strip a text object will be created and assigned strip's text. For color strip a plane object with the same color material will make it.
