Default keymap- move context menus to CLICK instead of PRESS

To the user, the behavior is identical. They won't notice a difference at all.

To someone who wants to actually bind something else to right click it makes a HUGE difference. currently, the context menu eats the mouse event and doesn't let anything bound to right click happen. This includes RMB+Drag, RMB+Tweak, etc.

Edit for clarification: if, for example- you want lasso select on right mouse tweak, you can actually do it without sacrificing the right click context menu. Blender is smart enough to know the difference between a click/tweak/press/etc, so long as the key bindings are set up correctly- which, in my opinion the default keymap is not in this example. If the context menu were on CLICK, you could bind lasso select to RMB+Tweak [Any] and you would have both lasso select and the context menu on the right mouse button and they would not conflict with each other.

You would be surprised how many users will notice a difference, I know several artists that prefer using Press because it is immediate.

* @proxe * I disagree, a few milliseconds difference is really nothing compared to a whole lot of extra actions being available.

* @proxe * I mean, sure.. but we're talking about a right click context menu. The right click menu is not exactly targeted at speed demons. people looking to shave off microseconds of their workflow will almost certainly appreciate having additional keymap items being available out of the box.
