Grease Pencil Layer Group & Context Menu
Grease Pencil layer feels abit clunky currently, it would be great if the grease pencil layer works like outliner, Where you can drag and drop stuff and have group layer to organize the layer
The Mockup is basicly done with a simplify version of blender's outliner, copy and paste the outliner to the panel is probably something hard to do but it'd be great if it is done.
I also find that many button on the side should just put into a context menu when right click in the layer panel. Where you can add New Layer, Duplicate Layer, remove layer and create new group, the button should still stay for user friendly purpose but a context menu will probably be much faster.

This is an important feature in the evolution of grease pencil. Not only for organization, which is important, but for more control of compositing and alpha inheritance, masking , etc... We need layer groups
This would be really cool.
