Recording option at video editing tab for dubbing
Dear Sir,
As per my knowledge the vocal recording option is not available in blender software. If you add a vocal recording option in video editing tab, it will useful for video dubbing which is very helpful to us.

Hi, I don't think it fit the goal of blender, VSE need more work to become a true video editing software, but adding recorder option shouldn't in my opinion came before the VSE is considered "released".
There are alweary open-source recorder like Saucedacity/Tenacity (with unfortunatly you'll have to compile yourself as devs doesn't wan to share compiled version) or OBS.
Please add a record bottom, it will very helpful to us.
