Methods of binding curves. (Edit state) Crease (Curves and Points)

Hello!

Snap: It is very good to add new ways of snapping curves to prepare and create more accurate drawings from scratch before the modeling stage. (For example, preparation in creating drawings inside Blender, and then modeling).

Can also add the function of snapping a Pivot point to a vertex selected by Edit, this would also help.

Crease: It's also really nice to see the ability to use Crease to modify curves (Like points, like edges). This would greatly simplify the task of creating car corners at the drawing stage, without using additional points.

I'm sure these tools will push creators to be more flexible and creative when it comes to creating drawings inside Blender from scratch or from an idea.
