Add a spline index option to curve modifier

With the current curve modifier there is no way to deform an object along a spline in a curve object that has multiple splines. It only allows the deformation to happen on the first spline in the curve object.

By adding in a spline index property an object can be deformed along any spline in a single curve object. This would help in scene that is using a lot of curve objects to control deformations. Instead of adding in multiple curve objects, only 1 would be needed and then each object could have a different spline index.

Great idea. It'd be nice to be able to specify specific splines with constraints, too.

Would indices be dynamically created for curves in the curve object, or would users have the ability to manually assign them themselves?

* @Jason van Gumster * The splines in the curve object indices are created when the spline are made. If you take a default curve and in edit mode duplicate the spline multiple times or join multiple curve objects into one, blender will index them all.

Unless you mean the spline index in the curve modifier be dynamically created. Which I don't think would work. It would default to 0 and then the user assign a value.

Not only the curve modifier, but also every modifier that takes a curve as object input, such as Array with CurveLength mode, and so on
